Interior designers offer a
fine touch to an interior. Colors, textures, comfortable but
functional furniture and mill work details are often overlooked or
incomplete when designed by the other contractor. If there are any
interior aesthetic concerns an interior designer should be consulted.
Just as with others working on your project interior designers may have
limited experience in the function of a listening space or a home
theater. Most rooms benefit from acoustical treatment. The
function of the room, home theater or otherwise, may interfere with the
interior designers initial thoughts on what would typically be their
design. I'll help your interior designer with the physical
requirements of the acoustical materials, seating positions, screen size
and position and other audio-video or acoustical requirements of the
room.
